This microprocessor-controlled cold cutter can be programmed to automatically advance and cut up to 140 pieces of material per minute at 2"/50 mm in length. The dispenser accepts non-adhesive materials up to 12.2"/310 mm wide or multiple rolls. Feed roller pressure is adjustable for thin or smooth materials. No tooling is required to cut different materials. The stepper motor ensures position control and accuracy. Cut length tolerance is + or – 0.04"/1 mm. Safety features include automatic power shut-off if material runs out and safety guard to protect the operator from the cutting mechanism. The TBC553L cutter operates on 120 VDC at 50/60 Hz.
